Neoprene is closed cell foam, which is flexible and durable. Yet it cushions the material and is static free.

* Poor Resistance To: Aromatic Hydrocarbons, Ketones, and Chlorinated Solvents.

Neoprene is a soft, flexible closed cell polyethylene foam. It is a sponge rubber filling and is durable. Also it has good thermal & moisture insulation, form fitting and water, ozone, sunlight, oxidationa, and chemicals are resistant to this type of foam.
